• Disputes: Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and EasyMode Online NG regarding the Service.
